Construction is wrapping up for a LOHA-designed apartment complex in West Hollywood. 

The four-story building, located on a former parking lot at 1030 N. Kings Road, will feature 25 condominiums, five affordable apartments, and one level of basement parking when it opens later this year. 

The building features common space amenities at multiple levels, including a double-height area between the third and fourth floors that will contain a gym, a roof deck, and seating areas.  Its exterior is wrapped with a mix of fluted metal and flush panels, according to the LOHA website.
