Phoenix-based developer Alliance Residential has announced the completion of VINZ on Fairfax, a new mixed-use building in the Mid-Wilshire area.

Located at the crossroads of Fairfax Avenue, San Vicente Boulevard, and Olympic Boulevard, the five-story building features 144 rental apartments and approximately 4,300 square feet of street-level commercial space.  The property includes studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor flats, three-story townhomes, and penthouse units ranging between 518 and 1,486 square feet.  Rents start at $2,950.

Cuningham Group designed the project, which incorporates common amenities such as a swimming pool and a fitness center.  The building was tailored to transition from a more traditional residential look along its Orange Grove frontage to a bolder presence fronting Fairfax.
