At the corner of 4th and Catalina Streets in Koreatown, construction is underway for a new multifamily residential development. 

The project, designed by architect Alan Boivin, will consist of a six-story edifice featuring 61 rental units above a partially subterranean parking structure.

The development site was previously improved with two smaller apartment buildings, totaling 18 dwelling units.
