Los Angeles-based developer Jamison Services, Inc. is now wrapping up construction at Luna on Wilshire, a new residential-retail development in Koreatown. 

Located at 3640 Wilshire Boulevard, the project consists of a seven-story structure containing 209 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with 3,100 square feet of street-level retail space.  The building also features common amenities such as a fitness center, a roof terrace, and a swimming pool.

Rents at Luna will range between $1,695 and $3,560 according to a project website.

KFA Architecture designed the podium-type building, which is wrapped with a mix of porcelain tile and trespa.

Jamison, Koreatown's largest property owner, has a number of similar developments planned or underway nearby.  The company recently opened a new apartment building two blocks north on Kingsley Drive.
