The owner of a roughly 10,000-square-foot property in Mid City Los Angeles is looking to replace a pair of triplexes with small lot houses.
The project, filed last week with the City of Los Angeles, would involve two parcels at 2300 Thurman Avenue. Plans call for subdividing the property to allow for the construction of 12 single-family residences.
Additional details about the project are currently unclear via its case filing.
The project site, located just west of Fairfax Avenue, sits in close proximity to the Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles Medical Center.
A former radio broadcast facility located a short distance north past Venice Boulevard was recently redeveloped with single-family residences.
