A single-family residence one block south of Sunset Boulevard could be redeveloped as a small lot subdivision.

The project, filed last week with the City of Los Angeles, would replace the house located at 1327 N. Fuller Avenue with five small lot homes.

City records list the project applicant as Breakform Design, an El Segundo-based firm with numerous small lot developments in its portfolio.

The development site is located not far from a five-story, 50-unit mixed-use project now under construction from Wiseman Residential, and a proposed two-building development by Faring.
