Ten months ago, Santa Clarita-based Williams Homes broke ground on a small lot subdivision in San Pedro. 

The project, which replaces a vacant lot at the intersection of 8th and Streets, is known as 24 on Centre.  Plans call for 24 single-family residences, all of which would feature a rooftop deck and a parking garage.

KTGY Architecture + Planning designed the series of three-story structures, all of which will be oriented around a common central driveway.

As of early July 2018, little more than foundation work is complete for the project.
