Just north of the intersection of Lincoln Boulevard and Manchester Avenue in Westchester, construction is underway for a new small lot subdivision.

The project, located at 7126-7138 W. 85th Street, consists of four houses - replacing two previous single-family dwellings.

Permit records link the three-story buildings to Pica + Sullivan Architects.
