Just south of Dodger Stadium, construction is underway for a new set of small lot houses on a property that has been empty for over 10 years.

The project, dubbed Mar View, is located on a roughly half-acre site at 1118 W. White Knoll Drive.  Plans call for a total of 13 single-family dwellings, each featuring a two-car garage and an outdoor deck.

Building permits indicate that the project is being designed by Architecture Design Collaborative, a firm with offices in Orange County.

Nearby on Figueroa Terrace, construction is also underway for a new development featuring 28 condos.
