Los Angeles-based architecture firm LOHA has unveiled renderings for a new office building in West Adams.
The project, which is being developed by Beverly Hills-based real estate investment firm Oak Road, would replace a vacant lot at 4120 W. Jefferson Boulevard with a modern one-story structure.
LOHA describes the approximately 3,500-square-foot building as featuring a "suspended terracotta screen-wall" that serves as a reconstruction of the traditional brick facades along Jefferson Boulevard. Renderings show an open interior with a mezzanine level, as well as a landscaped backyard for the proposed building.
Oak Road is currently in the process of obtaining construction permits for the proposed office building.
In addition to 4120 Jefferson, Oak Road also owns existing buildings at 4126 and 4216 Jefferson Boulevard.
