Construction is complete for a new condo development near Huntington Hospital in Pasadena.

West Grove, located at 125 Hurlburt Street, consists of a two-story building featuring 25 one- nad two-bedroom homes ranging between 706 and 1,250 square feet in size.

Sales prices for the condos start in the $500,000s, according to a project website.

The West Grove condos were developed by Pasadena-based Toledo Homes, which is scheduled to break ground this month on a similar project in Glendale.
