After two-and-a-half years of construction, the finishing touches are now in place at Century West Partners' Next on Lex apartments in Glendale.

Located on a nearly full-block site at 201 Lexington Avenue, the three-building development features 494 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, in addition to approximately 8,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.  CitiBank has already signed on as the project's tenant.

The podium-type complex, designed by KFA Architecture, includes amenities such as a business center, a gym, a competition-sized pool, and a landscaped roof deck.  Plans also call for a pedestrian paseo cutting through the collection of six-story buildings.

A leasing website advertises monthly rents between $2,235 and $3,550 per month for apartments at one of the buildings.  The other two remain under construction.

Century West built a similar mixed-use project in Koreatown known as Next on Sixth.
