The wood frame of a multifamily residential complex from Frost/Chaddock Developers is taking shape in Toluca Lake.
The project, located on a 1.32-acre property at 11036 W. Moorpark Street, replaces eight single family dwellings with a five-story, 96-unit apartment building featuring eight units for very-low-income households.
Reed Architectural Group, which frequently works with Frost/Chaddock, is designing the colorful wood-frame structure.
Frost/Chaddock's other ongoing projects include a three-story, 28-unit condo building in Victor Heights and an 88-unit apartment complex in Larchmont. The developer is best known for the proposed Junction Gateway project, which calls for three buildings featuring apartments, a hotel, and retail on Sunset Boulevard in Silver Lake.
