Cladding is now wrapping its way around the wood frame of a mixed-use building in Santa Monica. 

Located at 2300 Wilshire Boulevard, the three-story building will feature 30 rental apartments and 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. 

The project, designed by DFH Architects, will be clad with a brick facade. 

Completion if on pace to occur in 2019.

A similar development is currently under construction at 3008 Santa Monica Boulevard.
