Jamison Services has unveiled renderings for the latest addition to its high-rise development pipeline in a presentation to the Wilshire Center Koreatown Neighborhood Council's Planning and Land Use Committee.
The project, which would replace a parking garage attached to an office building at 3600 Wilshire Boulevard, would consist of two 23-story towers featuring 760 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments above parking for 1,527 vehicles.
Perkins + Will is designing the proposed towers, which would both stand approximately 268 feet in height. Renderings portray a pair of squat glass-clad buildings with a shared parking podium, capped with rooftop amenity decks.
Additional details regarding the 3600 Wilshire development have not been announced.
While Jamison may be redeveloping a garage in this case, the prolific builder has instead chosen to instead simply cap existing parking structures with housing on Catalina Street and on Ardmore Avenue.
The new renderings were first spotted by Curbed LA.
