With a tower crane in place, CIM Group is ramping up construction of its third office building at The Lot in West Hollywood.
The six-story edifice, called the Courtyard Building, will offer 98,000 square feet of rentable space, accompanied by subterranean parking for more than 340 vehicles.
Studio One Eleven is designing the project, which is expected to attain LEED Gold Certification. A promotional website notes that the building will feature 17,000-square-foot floor plates and operable windows.
The mid-rise structure is the third and final component of CIM and Studio One Eleven's master plan for The Lot, which began with the Formosa South and Formosa West buildings. The property has since become the new headquarters of the Oprah Winfrey Network.
Completion of the Courtyard Building is anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2019.
