Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International have announced the start of construction for a new office campus in Irvine. 

The Source H20, located at 15550 Sand Canyon Avenue, is being developed by the Irvine Ranch Water District adjacent to its headquarters in the Irvine Spectrum.  Plans call for a two-story structure featuring 70,000 of rentable space, as well as amenities such as a fitness center and a rooftop deck.

Ware Malcomb is designing The Source H20, and KPRS Construction Services, Inc. is serving as the project's general contractor.

Kevin Turner and John Gallivan from Cushman & Wakefield's Irvine office, along with Michael Hartel of Colliers, will serve as exclusive leasing agents for the property.

Completion is anticipated in late 2019.
