WCH Communities has completed construction of Morrison 14, a new development of small lot hoes in North Hollywood, according to an announcement by broker Tracy Do.

Located at 11037 Morrison Street, the project features 14 single-family dwellings with two and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,530 to 1,805 square feet.

Los Angeles-based architecture firm Modative designed the project, which equips each home with GE appliances, two-car garages, and private roof decks.

The houses of Morrison 14 are priced from $765,000.

Another small lot project from WCH Communities, called Blu, was built a few blocks away.
