Completion is nearing for a development of small lot houses in Silver Lake. 

Hyperion Silver Lake, located at 853 Hyperion Avenue, consists of eight homes, each of which features three-bedroom floor plans with two-car garages and rooftop decks.

The finished product adheres closely to designs presented last year by Culver City-based architecture firm Modative.

The project's developer, RC Homes, is also building small lot projects on Griffith Park Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue.
