A small lot subdivision could replace two single-family homes located near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Highland Avenue in Hollywood.

The project, slated for a property at 6817-6823 W. De Longpre Avenue, calls for replacing the two existing houses with seven small lot homes.  Additional details regarding the height and layout of the project are not stated.

City records list the project applicant as an entity called 6823 De Longpre Avenue, LLC, which is managed by businessman Manny Mashouf.

The proposed small lot subdivision would abut a mixed-use apartment building which fronts Highland Avenue.  The project was completed in 2016 by Lennar Corp.
