A small multifamily residential development is now rising in the Chesterfield Square neighborhood.  

The project site, located at 2051-2063 W. Florence Avenue, was previously improved with a liquor store and a restaurant.  The project now under construction replaces those uses with a three duplexes - ranging between two and three stories in height.  The six residential units will be served by three standalone parking garages, facing an adjacent alleyway, with accommodations for up to 10 vehicles.

City records indicate that the project is being built by FSZ Bros General Contractors.
