Developer G3 Urban has completed the first phase of Gardena Place, a mixed-use townhome development at the intersection of Rosecrans Boulevard and Van Ness Avenue.
The project, which replaced a vacant lot, will feature 35 townhomes and five live/work lofts. Plans call for a mix of studio, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging between 1,009 and 1,979 square feet in size.
Dahlin Group and STB Landscape Architects Inc. are designing Gardena Place, which will consist entirely of contemporary three-story buildings.
Sales prices start in the mid-$500,000s.
