Just over one year after breaking ground, the concrete podium of 1246-1256 Court Street is complete in Westlake, and wood frame construction is now beginning to take shape above. 

The five-story building, which is being developed by 4Site Real Estate, will feature 54 apartments with 96 parking spaces and amenities such as a swimming pool and a gym.  

Designed by Tighe Architecture, the building will be clad with a combination of concrete and metal panels.  Renderings depict an orange slash through the building facade - opening onto an interior staircase - with a setback along the northwest property line used to create an amenity deck. 

Several similar developments are also under construction along Court Street and Colton Avenue to the south.
