More than two years after breaking ground, Greystar Real Estate Partners is now moving into the final phases of construction on their Amp Lofts development in the Arts District.
The project, located at 695 Santa Fe Avenue, consists of a seven-story building with 320 live/work apartments atop 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a subterranean garage with 420 parking spaces. The units are available in studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from $2,440 - $3,500 per month.
Steinberg Hart is designing the mid-rise complex. Amenities include a fitness center, a pool, a 5,000 square foot clubhouse and a 5,000 square foot industrial workshop that can be rented out by tenants.
Amp Lofts is currently pre-leasing for late November 2019 move-in dates.
