WCH Communities has completed construction of SYC Hollywood, a new small lot subdivision near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and La Brea Avenue.

The project, located at 1338 N. Sycamore Avenue, consists of 10 single-family dwellings.  Each of the three-story structures includes three bedrooms, rooftop decks, and two-car garages.

VTBS Architects designed the contemporary low-rise structures.

According to a project website, sales prices at SYC Hollywood start at $1,399,000.
