12 Small Lot Homes to Break Ground in Mid-City

Ground breaking is imminent for a new small lot subdivision in Mid-City, according to Bittoni Architects. 

The project, located at 2300-2310 S. Thurman Avenue, will replace two triplexes with 12 single-family homes. 

Plans call for a series of four-story structures, each of which will feature private balconies and two-car garages. 

Completion is expected in 2020. 

City records list the project applicant as an affiliate of Goodson Real Estate.
