A year-and-a-half after breaking ground, Adler Realty Investments, Quillin Group and Strategic Realty Holdings have reached the second floor above ground at Skye at Warner Center.  

The project, located at 20944 Vanowen Street, will eventually consist of a six-story building containing 37 one- and two-bedroom apartments.  

Renderings depict a contemporary podium-type building designed by architect Daryoush Safai.  

Completion of Skye was previously expected to occur in late 2019.  

The apartment complex is a prelude to a much larger mixed-use project planned by Adler Realty - a 24-acre development consisting of housing, offices, retail, and a hotel.
