Developer IMT Capital is now wrapping up construction at a multifamily residential building at the former site of a motel in Van Nuys.  

The project, located on a 1.22-acre property at 6500 N. Sepulveda Boulevard, consists of a six-story structure featuring 160 one- and two-bedroom apartments - including seven affordable units - with parking for 274 vehicles.  

The contemporary podium-type building was designed by architect Kamran Tabrizi, and includes a courtyard, a rear-yard, and a gym.  

Construction for 6500 Sepulveda began in early 2018.
