A year and a half after breaking ground near the intersection of Pico Boulevard and Western Avenue, Index Real Estate Investments is making slow, steady progress on a mixed-use development.  

The project, located on an L-shaped site at 3063 W. Pico Boulevard, will consist of a six-story structure containing 51 apartments and 3,350 square feet of ground-floor retail space.  

The building, designed by Ketter Construction, will include a central courtyard and various amenities.  

At the time of the project's groundbreaking, completion was anticipated in the third quarter of this year.
