Two years after breaking ground in Hollywood, Strategic Legacy Investment Group is well into construction at its Dream on Tamarind Apartments. 

The project, located at 1310 Tamarind Avenue, replaced eight apartments with a four-story building containing 32 residential units and amenities.

A rendering depicts the completed building as a contemporary low-rise structure.

A timeline for the project has not been announced.

The Dream is located a block south of Sunset Bronson Studios, which has recently become the epicenter of Netflix's Los Angeles area operations.

It also sits a block east of Sunset Gower Studios, where an ambitious expansion plan is now in the entitlement phase.
