After more than a year-and-a-half of construction, a new development of five townhomes is nearly fully framed in Hollywood. 

The "Slot" Townhomes, located at 1243 N. Gower Street, consists of five four-story houses - each featuring two- and three-bedroom floor plans of up to 1,600 square feet. 

The houses, designed by AUX Architecture, are to be clad with white cement board siding and stucco.  Plans call for rooftop decks. 

The project was originally anticipated to open in May 2019. 

The development site is located a block south of Sunset Gower Studios, which is slated for a nearly 470,000-square-foot expansion - including an 18-story office tower.
