The project, located at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and Granville Avenue, will consist of a five-story edifice featuring 154 apartments atop 16,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space and subterranean parking.

The LOHA-designed building is described as featuring an articulated facade with alternating horizontal and vertical elements.  Plans call for a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom dwellings, as well as amenities such as a co-working space, a community lounge, a pool deck, and a gym.

The mixed-use development is the final component of a multi-phase development from CIM Group totaling 338 apartments - including 32 affordable units.  Prior phases included a trio of four-story apartment buildings and a similar mixed-use structure across Granville Avenue which features 147 apartments and a street-level Target store.

Other developers besides CIM Group have also announced plans for multifamily residential projects along the surrounding stretch of Santa Monica Boulevard, including Jamison Services, Inc. and Markwood Enterprises.
