The wrapping has come off at Manhee Manor, a mixed-use development located at the intersection of Olympic Boulevard and Catalina Street.
The project, built by Manhee Properties, consists of a five-story building containing 70 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a 115-car parking garage.
Samwon Design, Inc. designed the low-rise building, which includes a fitness center, a lounge area, and a courtyard, among other amenities.
Pricing information for the apartments has not been released.
Similar mixed-use projects consisting of multifamily housing and retail are planned at Olympic Boulevard's intersections with Vermont and Normandie Avenues.
