Domain, a mixed-use development from Trammell Crow Residential, is rising quickly in West Hollywood.

The project, located at 7141 West Santa Monica Boulevard, consists of a six-story structure featuring 166 residential units and approximately 9,300 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space.  Plans call for a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom dwellings which average approximately 848 square feet in floor area.

Images from architecture firm Studio One Eleven portray the low-rise complex with a three-story portal and plaza along Santa Monica Boulevard, breaking down the scale of the facade and opening an interior courtyard to the street.  The building gradually steps down in height moving away from the boulevard to properly transition to the one- and two-story residential neighborhood to the north.

Domain, which is scheduled for completion in 2016, features a wide range of residential amenities.  Artistic renderings portray an outdoor swimming pool and multiple rooftop terrace levels.
