A year-and-a-half after breaking ground, construction is progressing slowly for a new small lot subdivision in Mar Vista. 

The project, located at the southwest corner of Centinela and Pacific Avenue, sits one block south of Venice Boulevard.  Five houses are under construction, each of which will feature a rooftop deck and at-grade parking. 

City records indicate that the project is being designed by a team that includes MORÈ Architects and NAVA Landscape Architecture.

The Pacific 5 homes are located a short distance southeast of the intersection of Venice Boulevard and Wasatch Avenue, where LaTerra Development is now building two projects which will contain a combined total of 129 apartments in addition to ground-floor retail space and parking.
