A 1930s house in Pico-Robertson could be razed for a new small lot subdivision, according to architectural plans posted by the South Robertson Neighborhood Council.
The property, a single parcel located at 1417 S. Doheny Drive, is slated for the construction of four townhouse-style dwellings.
City records list the project applicant as Bemwat, LLC, a West Los Angeles-based entity managed by Emanuel Sasoones.
Avi Galili Collaborative is designing the houses, which are called the Doheny 4. Architectural plans show a collection of four-story structures, each of which would feature three bedrooms, a two-car garage, and a rooftop deck.
The development site is located a few blocks west of the neighborhood's namesake intersection of Pico and Robertson Boulevards, where a hotel and a mixed-use apartment complex are now in the planning stages.
