Greystar Real Estate Partners has completed construction of the AMP Lofts development, which is now open for rent in the Arts District.
Located at 695 Santa Fe Avenue, the seven-story structure offers 320 live/work apartments above 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and two levels of underground parking. Floor plans include studio, one-, and two-bedroom options, with monthly rents ranging from $1,900 to $5,100.
The mid-rise complex was designed by architecture firm Steinberg Hart. Amenities include a fitness center, a pool, a 5,000 square foot clubhouse and a 5,000 square foot industrial workshop that can be rented out by tenants.
More live/work developments are underway in the Arts District, including a 35-story tower on Mateo Street and a proposed 36-story tower on Violet Street.
