In the City of San Gabriel, construction of a mixed-use development at 860 E. Valley Boulevard is proceeding at a slow, but steady place.
The project, which replaced a string of small commercial buildings, approved for the construction of a four-story edifice featuring 49 condominiums above roughly 9,200 square feet of ground-floor retail and parking for 197 vehicles.
A rendering of the finished product depicts a contemporary low-rise structure clad in stucco and stone veneer.
Completion of the project is anticipated in late 2021, according to a past edition of the City of San Gabriel's Development Quarterly newsletter.
Los Angeles County Assessor's records list the owner of the development site as 860 E & A, LLC, a Diamond Bar-based entity managed by Je Tsu Kao.
