Independent creative agency Mother has signed a long-term lease at 4202-4216 West Jefferson Boulevard, Fundrise announced this week.
Mother, which has offices in London, New York, Los Angeles and Shanghai, will occupy 27,000 square feet in West Adams, expanding from its existing facilities at 5290 Washington Boulevard to three contiguous buildings.
“Fundrise is thrilled to welcome Mother to West Jefferson,” said Fundrise co-founder and chief executive officer Ben Miller. “Mother is well regarded as one of the top creative agencies in the world so we’re excited for them to pick one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Los Angeles for their west coast headquarters."
The Jefferson Boulevard properties, completed in 1951, are currently in the midst of a renovation which is set for completion in 2022.
