After two years of construction, real estate firm Trumark Urban will unveil its $100-million Ten50 development on Thursday, February 23.
Located at the corner of 11th Street and Grand Avenue in South Park, the the 24-story building features 151 condominiums and approximately 5,900 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Downtown architecture firm HansonLA designed the high-rise building, which includes an array of plush amenitie including an outdoor deck and a fitness center. Additionally, the project includes the country's first air-ready drone landing pad, which will be put into service at its official opening ceremony.
