A small apartment building with Mid-Century Modern design elements is slowly taking shape on the border between Los Feliz and Silver Lake.
The project, located on a hillside property at 2241 N. Hyperion Avenue, consists of a four-story structure featuring 11 residential units above a street-level parking garage.
City records list the project's developer and contractor as Los Angeles-based Quadrant, Inc.
The apartment building is designed by Vanos Architects.
Plans for the housing complex date to 2009, when property owner Hyperion Partners, LLC initiated entitlements for the property.
