Construction is underway for The Griffith, a new small lot development in Silver Lake. 

Located at 1933 Griffith Park Boulevard, the project will consist of 11 single-family dwellings - each featuring a rooftop deck and a two-car garage.  Most of the homes will have three-bedroom floor plans, while one will feature two bedrooms.

Each house will feature tankless water features, a reflective roof system, drought-tolerant landscaping, and garages prepped for electric vehicle chargers.  Four of the homes will offer a backyard.

Developer RC Homes anticipate that pricing for The Griffith will start at slightly over $1.2 million, with pre-sales beginning in the fourth quarter of this year.

RC Homes broke ground earlier this year on a similar small lot development called Hyperion Silver Lake.
