Plans have been filed for another multifamily residential development near Century City.

The latest project, slated for a nearly 25,000-square-foot site at 10306-10330 W. Santa Monica Boulevard, would replace five 1950s apartment buildings with a single structure containing 116 residential units - including 12 priced for extremely-low-income households.

Property records link the development site to an entity called Nesbro Santa Monica Properties, LLC, which lists the same address as prolific local developer California Landmark Group.

A project description indicates that the applicant is seeking entitlements for the Santa Monica Boulevard site through the Transit Oriented Communities guidelines, and has requested incentives including an increase in allowable height to 67 feet and a decrease in required open space.

CLG's most recent project in the Century City area is Century Woods, a collection of single-family homes located just south of the Constellation Place office tower.

One block east of 10306 Santa Monica, a similar 102-unit apartment building is slated for a vacant lot at Beverly Glen Boulevard.
