An empty lot in Hollywood could birth a small lot subdivision, according to plans approved by the City of Los Angeles.

The property, located at 1025 N. Wilcox Avenue, is slated for the construction of 12 single-family dwellings, ranging between 1,348 and 1,400 square feet in size.

Renderings depict a series of contemporary four-story structures lining a common driveway.  Vanos Architects is designing the project.

City records list the project applicant as Igor Korbatov, a Beverly Hills attorney.

The project site is located just south of Santa Monica Boulevard, and a few blocks east of Sunset Las Palmas Studios.
