The steel-and-concrete frame of a new J.W. Marriott Hotel is largely complete in Anaheim's Resort District.

The project, located on Clementine Street adjacent to the Gardenwalk Mall, consists of a 12-story building featuring 466 hotel rooms, as well as food-and-beverage venues and amenities.

The building, which is designed by Morris Architects, will stand approximately 138 feet in height and feature a ballroom, an amenity deck, and approximately 350 parking spaces on two basement levels.

Prospera Group is developing the J.W. Marriott, with W.E. O'Neil serving as general contractor.

Completion of the hotel is anticipated in early 2020.
