Construction is complete for a new development of townhomes in Del Rey. 

The project, located at 11724 Culver Boulevard, consists of 12 detached single-family residences.  Each of the three-story buildings either three- and four-bedroom floor plans of up to 2,473 square feet, with two-car garages, balconies, and private yards.

Sales prices start at $1.28 million.

The new homes, which replaced a nursery, is located just south of a mixed-use apartment building now under construction near the intersection of Culver and Slauson Avenue.
