Eight months after we last dropped by, a new development of townhomes is fully-framed in Windsor Square.

The project, located along the east side of Van Ness Avenue between 6th Street and Wilshire Boulevard, consists of 12 single-family residences - one of which will be reserved as very low-income affordable housing over a 55-year period.

The contemporary four-story structures are designed by Electric Bowery, and will each feature a two-car garage and a roof deck.  The houses are arranged in two rows flanking a common driveway.

City records list the project's developer as Van Ness Partners I, LLC.

The development site sits just outside the western boundary of Koreatown, where dozens of large mixed-use and multifamily residential buildings are now under construction.
