The project, located between 7th Street and Wilshire Boulevard at 1230 Ingraham Street, consists of a seven-story structure that will feature 121 apartments above a semi-subterranean parking garage with accommodations for 42 vehicles.

Designed by KFA Architecture, the contemporary podium-type building will offer studio units averaging 400 square feet in size. Plans also call for amenities such as a rooftop deck, a landscaped courtyard, and a street-level community room.

SRO Housing financed the apartment complex through sources including Los Angeles County's affordable housing trust fund, Measure HHH, and approximately $32.5 million in tax-exempt bonds.

SRO Housing and KFA Architecture recently wrapped up work on a similar 100-unit supportive housing complex a few blocks north on Hartford Avenue.
