South of Dodger Stadium in the oft-overlooked Victor Heights neighborhood, construction continues on a new development of small lot houses.

The project, located at 1118 W. White Knoll Drive, is being developed by DB Homes.  Plans call for 13 single-family dwellings, featuring a mix of two- and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 2,372 square feet in size.

Architecture Design Collaborative is designing the small lot subdivision, in which each three-story residence will include an outdoor deck and a two-car garage.

Completion is anticipated in late 2019.

DB Homes is also building a similar project across the street.
