WCH Communities is nearing the finish line at a new set of small-lot houses in North Hollywood.

Morrison 14, located just east of Lankershim Boulevard on two parcels at 11027-11037 W. Morrison Street, consists of 14 single-family residences centered around a common driveway.  The three-story buildings each feature three-bedroom floor plans up to 1,800 square feet in size.

The developer's other projects include 16 small lot houses in Valley Village.
